Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days. Express delivery usually takes 3–6 business days after processing, depending on destination, availability, and carrier service.

The CyberVelo arrives mostly assembled. Basic setup, handlebar alignment, pedal installation, and final safety checks may be required before the first ride.

Use the supplied charger in a dry and ventilated area. Connect the charger correctly, avoid covering it during charging, and disconnect it after the battery is fully charged.

Check tire pressure, brakes, battery level, handlebar alignment, wheel security, lights, and all visible fasteners before every ride.

Keep the bike clean and dry, inspect the brakes and tires regularly, lubricate the drivetrain when required, and follow the maintenance instructions provided in the official user manual.
